Path A: Applying from a Catholic School

Path B: Public, Charter, Independent and International Schools

If your child attends a Catholic school and is taking the TACHS exam, the process is simple: list Saint George Academy with school code 301, and your child's scores and records come directly to us — there is nothing else to submit, unless you are applying for financial aid.

From there, the most important step is the one no form can replace: come see us. Our Open Houses, including two Wednesday mornings during the school day, are the best way for your child to picture themselves here.

Path B: Public, Charter, Independent and International Schools

Saint George welcomes students from public, charter, independent, and international schools, and no entrance exam is required to apply. Our online application through Ravenna takes only a few minutes to begin, and the admissions office will guide you through each step — transcripts, the teacher recommendation, and anything particular to your child's situation. Families joining us from outside the Catholic school system often have the most questions, and we genuinely enjoy answering them: call or email Emily Mowdy anytime.

Your Admissions Year

There is no single deadline to apply to Saint George Academy — our admissions process is holistic, and we take time to get to know each student and family throughout the year. Families applying through the TACHS, or submitting an application by January 15, receive an admissions decision on January 20; applications after that are reviewed on a rolling basis as space allows. Our FACTS financial aid application opens November 1. Wherever you are in the process, the best first step is always the same: reach out, and we'll meet you there.
